what i am going to tell you is lenthy.... but believe me it works..
whenever you want to install any new app..
1. try installing the app... when the download is complete... if it says error 0x8e5e021f,
2. close the store
3. log out from your online account from PC Settings.. and switch to a local account
4. now open the store , you will see a notification that your app was installed.....
5. Again switch to your online account to use the store...
6. Have Fun!!!!
